Of the 5 bedrooms, 4 offer stunning mountain views, and there are two decks for outdoor enjoyment. The maximum occupancy of is 10 guests only and BBQ grill is NOT available during fall and winter. Please make sure to follow the rule of HOA that enforce the quiet hour between 10:00pm and 8:00am. The property has sound decibel monitoring devices. Our neighbors are sensitive to that and you will get a citation for a fine up to $1500. Street parking is NOT allowed anywhere inside HOA.

Good to know

To ensure your comfort, we will provide one towel per person, up to a total of 10. Please also be aware that street parking is not permitted and any vehicles found parked there will be ticketed and removed by HOA

House Rules

Street parking is not permitted anywhere within the HOA, and vehicles cannot be parked in neighbors’ driveways under any circumstances. You can park totally four vehicles: two small vehicles inside the garage and two additional vehicles in the driveway. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. No parties, events, or pets are allowed on the property. Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise, and violations could result in fines of up to $1500 issued by the HOA or local authorities. A few of our guests have gotten citation from Town of Truckee and police in the past.
