Spa is out of service. Experience breathtaking views of the Carson Range from this beautifully designed hilltop abode. With a bright, open floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, this home is the perfect place to relax and take in the scenery. Of the five bedrooms and bonus office, four offer stunning mountain views, and there are two decks for outdoor enjoyment. The maximum occupancy of is strictly limited to 12 guests and BBQ grill is NOT available during winter.

Good to know

To ensure your comfort, we will provide one towel per person, up to a total of 12. Please also be aware that street parking is not permitted and any vehicles found parked there will be ticketed and removed by HOA

The house is exactly as pictured with beautiful views all around. We were able to fit our group of 12 comfortably. The hot tub was a highlight of our evenings and the dining room and living room were spacious enough for us to enjoy dinners and movies together. Don’t miss the opportunity to star gaze either! The host was super helpful with giving instructions and responding in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone with a big group looking to hit the slopes at Palisades/Alpine (~25 mins away) and/or explore Truckee ~10-15 mins away).

The place is wonderful! It’s so spacious and comfortably accommodated 12 adults. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the hot tub on the deck overlooking the valley was a highlight after a day of skiing. Mike was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely return to this place!
